Uckfield Lions is part of Lions Clubs International, which was founded in 1917 & now has 45,000 clubs in 206 countries and 1.4 million members throughout the world. This makes Lions International the world’s largest service club organization, and we are proud to serve our communities across the world. Where there’s a need, there’s a Lion. We take action to make a difference, in our backyards and around the world.
Much of our time and effort is focused on serving the local community, and you can find out more about our fundraising and community actions across this website. We also support international causes. Lions Clubs International has worldwide campaigns which aim to reduce the prevalence of diabetes, prevent avoidable blindness and much more.
