Uckfield and District Lions club was pleased to be able to support residents of Buxted Court sheltered accommodation, Lions received a request for the mini bus and a driver to collect thirteen Children and a teacher from Buxted school and take them to Buxted Court ,for a morning of Christmas carols .The children sang all the favourite Christmas carols to residents followed by a drink and sweets ,before returning in the bus to school .
Uckfield Lions where pleased to provide this service free of charge to Buxted court as part of their care for the community using monies donated to Lions by the people of Uckfield and District.
