Uckfield Lions Supporting Local Causes
Uckfield & Ditrict Lions could not support the local comminnity without the support of the wonderful people of Uckfield and the surrounding villages. Uckfield & District Lions generally raise in excess of £25,000 a year from the various fundraising activities and events, with the Bookshop in Olives Yard & the Santa sleigh in December being the biggest fund raisers. Every penny we raise goes to support local charities & good causes & finace our various community services such as running our community minibus & health screening events. Through the Lions Clubs International Foundation we support world wide disasters and projects such as eyesight & immunization.
